The School Leavers Programme is a journey of work experience, enabling learning, earning, and growth through practical application.
Throughout this period, students are guided by mentors as they navigate through workplace rotations, gaining valuable insights into their career interests whilst building a portfolio.
After completing the programme, students have options to pursue employment, become mentors, or start their own ventures, promoting continuity and sustainable development.

Where We Fit On The Education & Skills Ladder:
Training Model
Our training model empowers candidates through rotational training in various industries. Students undergo workplace experience while being guided by mentors in rotating groups for four months. This exposure helps them decide on a career specialization for the next eight months.
